I use a blended "teacher-coach" approach in all of my training's. In this approach I combine the structured "What" - techniques, fundamentals, principles of Lacrosse. With a creative "How" - drills, competitions, feedback mechanisms.

Passion for the Game.
Raised in Upstate New York about 5 minutes from the origins of the game, I fell in love from the very beginning.
From chasing around my older brother and his friends to pro games and final fours. The sport has taking me to so many places and met just as many great people.
Everyone's journey through the sport is unique and I hope share my passion and enrich the next generation of this sport.
My ultimate mission is to keep the game fun, educate, and push it to new heights.

“Coach Chayse has been, flat out, one of the most influential people I've had the pleasure of
getting to know and who I've been lucky enough to have in my life. I first met Chayse in the fall
of 2023 as teammates, after his transfer into Hopkins. Immediately there was something about
him that drew you in. His infectious energy, his willingness to work and compete no matter the
circumstance, how much he cared about his teammates and the program he was playing for.
Growing up, I was always told and subscribed to the belief that you win with good people, and
going off of this belief, its no surprise coach Chayse had the success he did as a player, being
one of the best in the country, at a time where the goalie position was never more competitive
and athletic. As the years went on and our relationship grew, I then had the amazing
opportunity to have him as my offensive coach. A lot of people doubted him and questioned
his knowledge of the position, but he couldn’t have cared less. Chayse carried the exact same
love, passion, and determination for daily improvement— both for the game and for us as
human beings — and yet again that lead us to success. I would not be where I am today
without Coach Chayse, and I will forever be in debt to him for what he’s done for me both as a
player, and as a young man. Anyone who has the opportunity to learn from him and be in his
presence should consider themselves privileged.
